  • It may be that children brought up with AI interfacing (Agents being developed for child interaction) will largely educate themself. They will move from games to other areas of interest. Initially these AI immersed children will be very alien to the older generation. They will also come up with a new symbiosis. How does that make you feel?

  • The Future is not a place. Time as Spatial Location is a metaphorical concept. The past is not a place, nor is the future. It is an event. As something happens it does not have an ever existing presence and placement. The future too does not have a placement. The Big Bang would then not be occurring in time, but rather defining the start of time. An event needs to occur for time to exist.
  • Emotional computer being built For a long time people with a high emotional charge were reporting their ability to effect computers by thought. Usually doing nothing more useful than crashing them. A lot of my students were convinced that computers 'liked me' because they always seemed to work in my presence. This is more to do with behavioural psychology than hard wire effects. Then CPU's reached the point where particle drift across the fine connections could be demonstrably effected by the human magnetic field. Our emotional state could indeed crash a program. This 'quantum drift' effect is one of the reason manufacturers can not continue with existing designs. It will take a while for emotional reading. Direct CPU interacting and configuration will be incorporated into your phone/computer. So for now 'thought readers' as an intermediary device will have to do . . . Game Controller being developed.
